He is an accomplished IT Executive with over two decades of experience delivering mission-critical enterprise and industry solutions at the Central Bank of Nigeria, where he served as an Assistant Director in charge of the banking industry Shared Services programme and IT Standards Compliance Audit. In this capacity, he led the enhancement and implementation of industry-wide IT compliance frameworks for Deposit Money Banks (DMBs), extension of the compliance audit programme to Payment Solution Providers (PSPs) and National Microfinance Banks (NMFBs), and spearheaded critical infrastructure projects including the Nigerian Financial Services Network (NFSN) proof of concept.

He holds an MBA in Finance and Investment from Ahmadu Bello University and a B.Eng. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Enugu State University of Science and Technology. His professional certifications include Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP), PRINCE2 Practitioner and ITIL Foundation.
